Riverview Corridor Neighborhood Meeting

March 2 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dowling Elementary School,
3900 West River Parkway
Minneapolis, MN 55406
+ Google Map

The Longfellow Community Council, Nokomis East Neighborhood Association, and Standish-Ericsson Neighborhood Association are hosting a neighborhood meeting on the Riverview Corridor transit study. Learn more about the project, look at design concepts, ask questions, and share ideas with project staff. Presentation: 6:30 PM.

The Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority is leading a transit study to research, analyze and identify the viability of a new transitway connecting downtown Saint Paul, MSP Airport and the Mall of America, and serving the neighborhoods in the corridor. Potential alternatives include either a rapid bus or rail option using Ford Parkway in St. Paul over the Mississippi River to 46th Street in Minneapolis and connecting to the Blue Line.

Transit for Livable Communities & St. Paul Smart Trips staff are engaging community members as this study moves forward. Questions? Connect with Andrea Kiepe, Lead Organizer, at andreak@tlcminnesota.org or 651-789-1406.
