Smart Trips Highland Park
During the summer and fall of 2010, St. Paul Smart Trips brought our Smart Trips Neighborhoods program to Highland Park in St. Paul.
Our program helped connect residents with free resources, events and activities to help them make smarter trips for
their budget, the environment and their health.
