Enroll in St. Paul Smart Trips' Parking $mart program and we'll cover half the cost of your carpool or vanpool's monthly parking contract in one of three conveniently located downtown St. Paul ramps through December 2012.
When you split the parking costs with another driver, each person pays just 1/4 of the monthly contract costs. You'll help reduce congestion and do your part to improve our air quality.

To qualify
You must be a member of an active carpool or vanpool.
Qualified carpools or vanpools must consist of at least two people in a vehicle commuting together three-or-more days per week.
Other terms and conditions apply to participate in the program.
