advocates_bridgesSmart Trips created an adhoc group to develop a vision for how freeway crossings in St. Paul should look and function for bicyclists and pedestrians. The group’s efforts led to the design and pilot of a Complete Bridges Survey Tool which was tested on two St. Paul bridges. Our hope is that insight gathered through the application of the survey tool will help inform engineers and designers about the needs of non-motorized users. The pilot survey results and survey tool are available for download.
